Shipping policy

1. Delivery area
We deliver our orders within Hungary and to the member states of the European Union .
International shipping terms may vary by country - details will be provided during the order process or by email upon request.

2. Shipping methods

The ordered products are delivered with the following delivery partners according to the customer's choice:

  • Within Hungary:

    • Package : home delivery

    • Hungarian Post : home delivery

  • For the European Union:

    • via international postal service (Magyar Posta partner network)

We will notify you by email about the shipment and delivery details.

3. Delivery time

  • Domestic : Packages are usually delivered within 2-5 business days .

  • Within the EU : delivery is typically 5–10 business days , but may vary by country.

Since our products are individually handmade, processing may take a few days longer - we will always inform you in advance.

4. Shipping charges

Shipping costs vary depending on the destination country, shipping method and package size. The exact cost is calculated after entering the address at checkout.

  • Domestic delivery fees: 1800-2500 HUF

  • International shipping fees: vary by country

We offer free shipping for periodic promotions or orders over a certain amount - we will notify you about this separately.

5. Payment

Orders can only be placed with advance payment . Available payment methods are listed at the checkout (e.g. bank transfer, online payment).

Cash on delivery is not available.

6. Damaged or lost packages

Always check the condition of the package upon receipt! In case of damage, please make a report with the delivery person and then contact us immediately:

If your package is lost or undeliverable, we will work with the carrier to investigate the issue.

7. Unsuccessful delivery

If you do not collect the package and it is returned to us, redelivery is only possible by paying the shipping fee again. In the case of international returns, this may also incur additional costs.
