Shipping Policy

  1. Delivery area

We deliver our orders exclusively within Hungary and to the member states of the European Union.
International shipping terms may vary by country - details available during ordering or upon request by email.

  1. Shipping methods

The ordered products are delivered exclusively through the MPL (Magyar Posta Logistics) system according to the following options:

Within Hungary:

  • Post Office / Parcel Machine : 1100 HUF

  • Home delivery : 1800 HUF

For the European Union:

  • Home delivery : 6000 HUF

We will notify you by email when the package has been shipped and with delivery information.

  1. Delivery time

  • Domestic delivery : usually 2–5 business days

  • EU shipping : typically 5–10 business days, but may vary by country

All of our products are individually handmade, so the processing time may be longer - we will inform you about this in advance.

  1. Shipping fees

Shipping fees vary based on the shipping method and destination country chosen and are displayed on the checkout page.

  • Post Office / Parcel Machine (HU) : 1100 HUF

  • Home delivery (HU) : 1800 Ft

  • EU home delivery : 6000 HUF

We provide free shipping as part of periodic promotions or for orders over a certain amount - we will notify you separately.

  1. Payment

Orders can only be placed with advance payment (bank card or other online payment methods).
There is no option for pickup.

  1. Damaged or lost packages

Upon receipt, please check the condition of the package! In case of damage, please make a report with the courier and notify us immediately:

 If the package is lost or undeliverable, we will work with MPL to investigate the matter.

  1. Delivery failed

If you do not pick up the package and it is returned to us, redelivery is only possible by paying the shipping fee again.
Additional costs may apply for international returns.
