2. Subject of the contract

These GTC regulate the conditions for the sale of handmade perfumes available in the Web Store operated by the Service Provider.

3. Order process

  • The Customer selects the desired product and then begins the order by clicking on the "Cart" button.

  • No registration is required to purchase.

  • The Buyer provides the necessary data for shipping and billing, then finalizes the order by paying in advance.

  • You will receive an email confirmation of your order.

4. Prices and payment

  • Prices in the web store may be displayed in Hungarian Forint (HUF) and in other local currencies depending on the visitor's country (e.g. euro, Polish zloty, etc. ).

  • Prices include VAT, unless the Service Provider indicates tax exemption .

  • Payment is made in advance, the available payment methods are displayed on the checkout interface (e.g. credit card payment, bank transfer).

  • The order will only be processed after successful payment.

5. Shipping methods and conditions

  • Delivery takes place to Hungary and the member states of the European Union .

  • Available delivery partners:

    • Packageta (parcel point or home delivery)

    • Magyar Posta (at home or at a post office or ATM)

  • Delivery time:

    • In Hungary: 2–5 business days

    • Within the EU: 5–10 working days (for information purposes only)

  • Shipping fee:
    Shipping costs are determined by the destination country, shipping method, and package weight, and are displayed at checkout. Prices may vary by country.

6. Right of withdrawal

  • The Buyer may cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receipt of the product.

  • Intention to withdraw must be notified by e-mail: info@black-religion-perfumery.com

  • The product must be returned unopened and undamaged .

  • The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer .

  • The purchase price will be refunded using the original payment method, no later than within 14 days .

7. Exception to the right of withdrawal

  • The right of withdrawal cannot be exercised for opened, tried or personalized personal care/cosmetic products (such as handmade perfumes), as these are considered hygiene products.

8. Warranty, guarantee

  • We provide a warranty for the products in accordance with the Civil Code .

  • In the event of a defective product, the Buyer may request its repair or replacement, a price reduction, or withdraw from the contract.

11. Final provisions

  • These GTC are valid for an indefinite period.

  • The Service Provider reserves the right to modify the GTC at any time.

  • Accepting the GTC is part of the purchasing process, and its finalization also means the conclusion of the contract.
