GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS (GTC)

2. Subject of the contract, obligation to provide information

These GTC contain the terms and conditions for the sale of handmade perfumes available in the web store operated by the Service Provider (hereinafter referred to as the Web Store).
Pre-purchase information is provided (product description, final price, shipping costs, payment method, right of withdrawal, etc.).

3. Formation of the contract, order process

The Customer finalizes the products through the "Cart" → checkout → payment process. A contract is concluded when the payment has been successfully completed and the order has been received in our system.

No registration is required; just provide your shipping and billing information.

We will send you a confirmation of your purchase via email. If there are any obstacles in fulfilling your order, we will inform you immediately.

4. Prices, payment

Prices are displayed in Hungarian Forints (HUF), gross. The webshop may display other currencies due to the currency converter solution, but the final payment amount is always in Hungarian Forints.

Payment is made in advance only (credit card, bank transfer or other online payment methods). Order processing will only start after successful payment.

5. Delivery, fulfillment

Delivery area: Hungary and the member states of the European Union.

Shipping methods (MPL – Magyar Posta Logistics):

In Hungary:

  • Post Office / Parcel Machine (MPL parcel point): 1100 HUF

  • Home delivery: 1800 HUF

For the European Union:

  • Home delivery: 6000 HUF

The delivery time is a guideline:

  • Domestic: 2–5 business days

  • Within the EU: 5–10 business days

The processing of individually handmade products may take a few days longer, we will inform you about this if necessary.

6. Right of withdrawal — general rules (14 days)

The consumer has a 14-day right of withdrawal without giving any reason, which starts from the day of receipt of the goods. In case of withdrawal, the Buyer can indicate his intention by e-mail:

 The return deadline is 14 days from the date of notification of withdrawal. The Service Provider will refund the amount upon receipt of the product or within a further 14 days after confirmation of receipt.

7. Limitation of the right of withdrawal, exceptions

In the case of hygiene and cosmetic products — including perfumes — the right of withdrawal may be excluded if the product's sealed packaging/seal has been broken. The right of withdrawal may only be exercised for products in their original, unopened packaging.

8. Return process and costs

The cost of return shipping is basically borne by the Customer, unless the Service Provider provides different conditions. The product must be returned in its original condition, and if possible in the original packaging.

9. Warranty, guarantee, defective performance

The warranty for goods according to the Civil Code applies to the products. In case of defective performance, the Buyer may request repair, replacement, price reduction or withdrawal under the conditions stipulated by law.

10. Complaints handling, enforcement

 In case of a legal dispute, the Customer has the right to contact the conciliation board, the National Consumer Protection Authority, or in cross-border cases the ECC. Applicable law: Hungarian law.

11. Data management, data protection

The processing of personal data complies with the provisions of the GDPR and Hungarian data protection laws. Detailed information is available in the Data Protection Notice in the Web Store.

12. Limitation of liability, force majeure

The Service Provider is not liable for unforeseen, unavoidable circumstances, such as war, natural disaster, epidemiological restrictions or strikes.

13. Copyright

The contents of the Web Store are protected by copyright. Unauthorized use of images or text is prohibited.

14. Amendment of the GTC

The Service Provider is entitled to unilaterally amend the GTC. The changes will be published in the Online Store and will enter into force upon publication.

15. Applicable law, dispute resolution

The contract is governed by Hungarian law. In the event of consumer disputes, the procedure of conciliation bodies can be used, and in the event of international disputes, the ECC also provides assistance.
