1. Right of withdrawal
The buyer has the right to cancel the purchase without giving any reason within 14 days of receiving the product, under the following conditions.

Since the products offered are personal care products (handmade perfumes), returns are only possible for products that are unopened, in their original packaging and unused .
For hygiene reasons, we cannot return opened or used products.

3. Return process

The cost of return shipping is borne by the buyer.

4. Refund
After receiving and inspecting the returned product, we will refund the purchase price to the payment method you used for the purchase within a maximum of 14 days .
Shipping fees are not refundable.
